Acknowledgement by Adult Participant or Parent/Guardian for Student Participation

Please read and accept all requirements:

Participation in the Crew Trip to Melbourne on 24-26 May 2025 is undertaken at the risk of the individual participant.

Students and their families acknowledge that the Musical Theatre Crew team will take reasonable care in providing a healthy and safe environment for students throughout the trip with the expectation of cooperation of all trip members.

Students will participate in activities with goodwill and behave in a healthy, safe and professional manner, protecting their own and other's safety, and following all reasonable directions of Crew Tutors.

Trip costs will be paid to the Musical Theatre Crew bank account by the specified due dates, unless an extension of time is negotiated and agreed to.

Once purchased, show tickets are non-refundable "except in exceptional circumstances".

If after Crew has paid any monies to the various suppliers and the trip, or any part of the trip, is unable to proceed for any reason, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from the respective suppliers, less any costs and charges specified by the various parties, and if obtained will be allocated accordingly to paid participants.

Any additional costs incurred by any delays or cancellations regardless of the reason will be paid for by the participant's parent/guardian or by the participant (if they are 18 years and older and paying for themselves).

In the event that a participant needs to withdraw from the trip for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund from Musical Theatre Crew, unless a refund is able to be obtained from the relevant suppliers which can then be passed on less any expenses.
