Absent from Crew? Please Let Us Know - see below!

Performing arts is a ‘team sport’ - whether classes, private lessons or productions. Illness and important clashes occur but a quick heads-up helps tutors plan, keeps classes running smoothly, helps with any catch-up needed. Crucially - it helps ensure all students - especially young kids - are safe.

IMPORTANT: Missing multiple classes impacts on student progress, class plans and production work, often requiring extra catch-up time for tutors and fellow students. To keep things positive and moving forward for everyone, we ask that absences are avoided wherever possible.

Failure to give sufficient notice for singing lessons will result in part or full fee charge.

🎭 Fees & Payment Policy for ALL Crew Classes & Lessons

  • Participation in our classes is a year-long commitment. Private lessons by term or as agreed.

  • Invoices are emailed at the start of each term

  • Payment is due by the specified due date via Direct Deposit/EFT or Credit Card direct from your invoice OR with a payment plan (email: accounts@musicaltheatrecrew.com)

  • Term fees are non-refundable

📌 Withdrawing from a Class:

To withdraw, please notify us by the end of the current term, eg: for withdrawal from Term 3, inform us by the end of Term 2. This allows us to offer your spot to students on the waitlist.

🎵 Private Lesson Fee Policy (Singing & Dancing)

➤ More than 7 days' notice:
The full lesson fee will be credited to your next term’s invoice.
➤ 2–7 days' notice:
A partial credit* will be applied to your next term’s invoice.
➤ Less than 48 hours' notice or no notice:
The full lesson fee will be charged.

💳 Credit Amounts (for 2–7 days' notice)

  • Lisa & Bridget: 30 minutes - $14.50, 45 minutes - $21.50, 60 minutes - $28.50

  • David: 30 minutes - $13.50, 45 minutes - $20, 60 minutes - $25.50

  • Shannae: 30 minutes - $12.50, 45 minutes - $19, 60 minutes - $24

  • Cate: 30 minutes - $10.50, 45 minutes - $16, 60 minutes - $21

  • Lucy or Sophie: 30 minutes - $9.50
