Absent from Crew Notification - Submit Below

Please complete the details of the absence in the form below. If notifying on the day of the absence, please complete this form and also message the relevant class or private tutor via messenger or text.

We understand clashes can arise and advance notice helps immensely by not wasting tutors and other students’ time trying to adjust plans ‘on the fly’. It also helps avoid having to charge for private lessons, where there is too little notice to reschedule lessons.
Providing a reason helps us gauge impact on the student and lessons, possible catch-up needs/options, and care related issues.

IMPORTANT: Crew Tutors invest considerable time planning classes, so our strong preference is for all students to attend every class each term. If 2 or more lessons are missed in a term, there is a noticeable impact on the student, their class and production, often requiring rework by tutors and students in order to ‘catch-up’ the student who was away. This can become tedious and frustrating for the class, and we ask absences are avoided as far as possible.
