Alumni of Musical Theatre Crew

Cassie Ogle (they/them/she) graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre), from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA) at the end of 2022, and in 2019 completed a Diploma of Musical Theatre at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), appearing as a leading role in the Diploma musical. Cassie made their post graduation debut in Shakespeares 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' (John X Presents), as Hermia, directed by Roger Hodgman. Since, they have originated roles in two new Australian plays, Kylie Creighton in Jami Bladels 'For A Mothers Love', and The God Child/Dance Captain in ACERS Victorias 'Lullaby of the Earth'. Cassie was most recently seen as The Cat in the Hat in OCPAC's, 'Seussical: The Musical'. While at VCA, they were fortunate enough to be awarded the Orloff Charitable Trust Scholarship, be part of the Melbourne leg of ‘Chess: The Musical’ (dir. Tyran Parke), ensemble in ‘Sweet Charity’ (dir. Jayde Kirchert), 'Mongrel’ (dir. Maude Davey & Sarah Ward), a featured soloist in 'Morning Melodies 2022' (dir. Jayde Kirchert), Dory in 'Merrily We Roll Along' (dir. Jason Langley), and the incomparable Penelope Pennywise in 'Urinetown' (dir. Trudy Dunn). Originally from Tasmania (Nipaluna), some of their Tassie highlights include; the Tasmanian premier of 'The Hatpin' as Clara Makin (dir. Karen Kluss), 'Trial by Jury' as Angelina (dir. John X & Ben Armitage), ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’ as the titular character, and ‘Into The Woods’ as Cinderella (Musical Theatre Crew). You can next see Cassie on stage in AG Theatre's production of 'Avenue Q', as Lucy the Slut, Mrs. Thistletwat, & U/S Puppeteer, opening February 2025.

Alexander is a proud First Nations performer with a passion for vibrant, nuanced storytelling. During his time studying a Bachelor of Musical Theatre at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, Alex has thrived in bringing roles to life such as JD in ‘Heathers the Musical’ and Dupree in ‘Cry-Baby the Musical’, as well as immersing himself in professional work, including ‘The Sunshine Club’ (Queensland Theatre) directed by Wesley Enoch, and playing Andrew Shelford in the musical workshop of ‘Round the Twist’ directed by Simon Phillips. Alex is eager to contribute his versatility, charisma, and love for performing to the ever-progressing Australian musical theatre industry.

Carla Di Domenico is an Australian actor with experience across screen and stage.

In 2025, she performed as Janice Mosher in Come From Away with The Show Company at Theatre Royal Hobart, directed by Allan Jeffrey. On screen, she appeared in the Netflix/Matchbox production The Survivors (2024), working under directors Cherie Nowlan and Ben Lucas, alongside producers Andy Walker and Tony Ayres.

Her 2023 screen work includes ROE (dir. Alison Stanton-Cook), A Better Life (dir. Yael Green), and Housing Tasmania (dir. Robin Petterd). In 2022, Carla featured in the Amazon Studios series Deadloch.

Carla has an extensive background in musical theatre, performing leading roles such as Donna Sheridan in Mamma Mia!, Rosalie Mullins in School of Rock, Éponine in Les Misérables, and Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes with Musical Theatre Crew.

Her earlier work includes The Gift (2019, dir. Ben Dixon) and The Good Room (2016, dir. Jane Howard) with Wide Angle Tasmania.

Carla has trained extensively in screen acting and performance, studying at Actors Zone with Paul O’Brien (2023), undertaking ongoing screen acting classes with Alison Stanton-Cook (2021–2023), and completing an intensive screen acting program in 2022. She has also trained in theatre at React Drama School and studied singing with Jane Edwards over more than a decade.

A proud queer Naarm-based actor, Lucy (they/ she) has always had a strong vision of being in the creative sector which led them to formal training at Federation University, graduating in 2022. Lucy’s favourite credits include ‘The Merry wives of Windsor’ as Anne Page/ Robin  (Melbourne Shakespeare Company), ‘The Wacky Wombat’ as the Wombat (Melbourne Shakespeare company) ‘Blue to the Horizon’ as Chris (Sevenfold Theatre), ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’ as Hermia (Sevenfold Theatre) and ‘Twelfth Night’ as Officer Curio (Melbourne Shakespeare Company).

Meet Martine Holliday - a talented singer with a voice that will captivate any audience. Specializing in funk, indie folk, jazz & soul. Martine has wowed crowds at prestigious events such as Rektango, Spiegeltent Hobart, Devonport Jazz and more. After completing her BFA in Music Theatre at the Victorian College of the Arts, she has returned to Nipaluna/Hobart to share her musical gifts with the world.

Beck graduated from the Queensland Conservatorium with a Bachelor of Musical Theatre, with her final performance being the leading role of Lily in The Secret Garden. Other stage credits include: Kiss me Kate (Opera Queensland); Rhonda Burchmore on Broadway (QPAC); Heidi in [title of show]; Florinda in Into the Woods (The Show Company); The Queensland Tourism Awards; The Pepper Pig Show (Entertainment Store); Squeezebox Cabaret with The Moonlight Aviators; and Carols In the Park with The Derwent Valley Concert Band. Beck has been Dance Captain for several shows including The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas and Rent (QLD Conservatorium); and also choreographed Legally Blonde, The Musical for Claremont College. Beck is also a qualified Speech Pathologist.
