SIX: Teen Edition – Auditions & Production Information

WELCOME to SIX teen edition Auditions! We are royally thrilled to be presenting this fantastic, pop-fueled, female-forward, celebratory musical.

SIX is a contemporary high energy musical with demanding vocals, tight harmonies, slick moves, loads of character and sass - and highly connected ensemble work. Please carefully read the Audition Information Sheet to check the character, skill, rehearsal, team and performance requirements. Links to the script, song and dance audition materials are below, along with descriptions of the skills and vibe we want for each of our Queens.

We invite performers to indicate role preferences, however if you know SIX, you know it is a true ensemble show. As such, all auditionees will be considered for all roles, and casting will be based on assembling the strongest team with that balances individual and ensemble skills.

Open-hearted. Emotional. Brave in vulnerability.
You connect deeply through storytelling and sincerity. Your strength comes from honesty, warmth, and vocal clarity that cuts straight to the heart. This Queen calls for emotional truth, control, and the courage to be soft and strong at the same time.

Are you our Anne of Cleves?
Confident. Cool. Completely unbothered. You walk in knowing exactly who you are. This Queen is playful, self-assured and empowered — with rhythmic confidence and pop-star swagger. Strong groove, personality for days, and the ability to make the audience fall in love instantly.

Bright. Expressive. Deeply human. You bring youthful energy, vulnerability, and emotional courage. This Queen asks for honesty, empathy and vocal strength that carries real weight beneath the sparkle. A powerful role for performers who can balance innocence with depth.

Wise. Calm. Commanding. You are the glue, the leader, the voice of perspective. This Queen requires clarity, control and gravitas — someone who can hold the room with intelligence, strength and purpose. A role for performers who lead from insight and confidence.
